Full payment is required prior to shipping out your order. Online payments are securely processed by our shopping cart partner, www.paypal.com, at "checkout".   It is NOT NECESSARY to have a PayPal account to process your order. If you do have a PayPal account, you are NOT REQUIRED to use the account. Simply look for the credit card logos on the left of the screen at checkout and after inputting necessary information,  "continue" past PayPal login. We are PayPal "verified". We accept money orders or cashiers checks for mail orders. Please contact us first to facilitate processing.

Sales Tax is charged only for purchases mailed to California. Sales Tax IS NOT charged on shipping charges. If you are a vendor with a CA Resale Permit and your purchase is intended for resale purposes, you can avoid paying Sales Tax to us. Download the form entitled "California Resale Certificate" by clicking NOW. Complete and send us the form as instructed. We will keep the form in our files for all future purchases. NOTE: During checkout, sales tax will be charged and we will immediatly issue a refund for that amount.

We do our best to ship out orders within 48 hours. If you have an urgent situation, bring it to our attention by email or by calling and we'll try to accommodate you. Please also use the "special instructions" section during "checkout" to send us a message about your order. Shipping costs are kept low starting at $5.75 for First Class Mail (to any USA state including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico & Military) We ship to Canada (by UPS or Fed-Ex) & Worldwide (by USPS). Contact us for a shipping quote. We utilize USPS, UPS, and Fed-Ex. In certain situations we can ship and charge your existing shipper account. Overnights possible if notified prior to 1pm PST. When purchasing multiple items or large quantities, the automatic shipping calculations at checkout could sometimes process inaccurate shipping rates. In those cases we invoice you for the difference if too low, or we refund the difference if rates were too high. We don't always catch it, so please notify us. For any purchase, if shipping rate seems incorrect, please contact us to see if we are able to make a rate adjustment.

Privacy and security are very high on our priority list. All addresses, correspondence, and personal information is strictly kept only for our use and NEVER shared. We ensure that our shopping cart and credit card partners are the very best and have the highest security measures available today to guard your personal information.

AVOID RETURNS: Make sure you purchase the right size you want that meets your needs by first ordering a SAMPLE. We accept returns on a case by case basis and only with prior written authorization. Returns will be "exchanged", not "refunded". Email us your situation and we will do our best to accommodate. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods for us to be able to assist you. Otherwise, the sale is considered final. We know are products are superior, carefully packaged, and well labeled. Taking returns for no significant reason would not allow us to keep our rates so low to our customers. Returns might incurr a 25% restocking charge. Any shipping charges are to be paid by customer unless error made by us.
